Depending on the position, there will be a personal interview in advance in the form of a telephone or video interview.
If it suits both sides at this point and you were able to convince us, you will either be invited to an on-site interview or a trial work day / internship will be arranged with you directly. This depends on your application for the respective position.
If everything has worked out, you will then receive an acceptance letter and we will send your employment contract by post.
