State of the ARt

Our modern machinery offers a variety of possibilities. Most of the extrusion lines are only two to three years old. 
Our production range covers an average of 12 to 32 mm. We produce 1, 3 and 5-layer plastic and aluminium composite pipes at the Rohr site. We also use separate self-sufficient process water systems for all extrusion lines.

Rohre in Eigenproduktion

For the cross-linking of the PE-Xb pipe (silane cross-linking), we have our own special processing facilities. Pipes can be manufactured in lengths of 2 - 600 m, depending on the dimensions. No solvents or paints are used in the ultra-modern and environmentally friendly laser marking process for tube identification. Our welding processes on the aluminium composite pipes take place state of the art with laser welding equipment. All our manufacturing processes are accompanied and carried out with extensive measuring and diagnostic technology. In addition, the most important production parameters and measured values are monitored in real time.
